I have posted on their forums and there do seem to be other people who have had similar problem. I have the 'vault' but cannot visit sites and save to Lastpass. There is no icon though on the browser so I can't use it to save passwords, which is the whole point. Please ask a new question if you need help. This also caused a problem.This thread was archived. I downloaded LastPass as per instructions from their home page, was given the correct Download Windows installer for Firefox? The browser icon even appeared briefly and I thought it was installed.
